We want you to be satisfied with your LEJER piece. If it doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you can of course return it without any problems.

1. Return period
You have 30 days to return your order—free of charge and without risk.
2. Return process
- Start return in the portal (button above).
- Enter order number + email address
- Select return option:
- Refund as a store discount (redeemable directly with your next purchase)
- Refund as a voucher (flexible and usable without time limit)
- Exchange of variants (e.g., different size or color)
- Refund to the original payment method (traditional refund)
- Download return label & affix it to the package
- Pack the parcel securely and hand it in
3. Costs
Return shipping is completely free of charge for you.
4. Reimbursement
Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
The refund will be made within 5–7 business days using your chosen method.
5. Exchanges
If you require a different size, you can request a free exchange directly as part of the return process.
